The Annual Budget is submitted for approval to the New Mexico Department of Finance & Administration (DFA). The interim budget is due to DFA June 1 of each year and is subject to DFA approval. The final budget is due July 31. Two public hearings are held prior to the Board of Directors approval of submission of the final budget. The fiscal year assessments are set annually in the final budget.
