We are proud to announce that on September 27, 2011, the Village of Angel Fire accepted four more completed subdivisions: Angel Fire Village North, Angel Fire West Village, Country Club 1 & 2 Amended/Reamended, and Chalets 4. The Village accepted Country Club 1A was last fall and the north section of Chalets 1A earlier this year. Country Club 1B was conditionally accepted by the Village on October 25, 2011.

Road work remains in Chalets 2G, which is anticipated to be complete by the end of October, weather permitting. In Chalets 1A, the bridge has been set in place and the utilities and road work remain.

Now that construction is nearing completion, our Project Director, Gerald White, will be leaving his position but will continue as consultant for any final contract negotiations. The AUI construction crews are beginning to demobilize and will soon be leaving their Angel Fire office.

Our offices will continue to be open on a part time basis.

Regular Board Meetings are held at the Village Hall Meeting Room, Village of Angel Fire, 3388 Mountain View Boulevard, Angel Fire, New Mexico at 1:30 p.m. on the 2nd Wednesday of each month or as otherwise indicated in the meeting notice posted at the Village Hall, the Post Office and the two grocery stores.
